Can someone please tell me how it got to be August already? I seriously cannot believe that July is already over, especially since my obviously incorrect sense of time is telling me that it should still be June! I'm finding myself wishing that I could hit the pause button on summer and keep these warm temperatures around permanently, but since I don't happen to posses that superpower I'll have to settle for making the most of every warm day we have left this season.

More time enjoying the summer weather means less time crafting, but I'm more than willing to make that trade. The summer roundups are my crafty equivalent of a squirrel storing up food for winter- when it's time to retreat inside like the cold-fearing wimp that I am, at least I'll have a good supply of inspiration to keep me going!
