And how fab is this chandelier that greets everyone who walks into the booth?!?
I'll start off with a look at my favorite of Teresa's new collections (in fact, it was one of my top pre-show picks), Fabrications.
This line contains something that we haven't seen enough of lately (in my opinion, anyway)- classic patterns in classic colors that will go with just about photo or subject. These are the kinds of papers that will never go out of style whether you're using them two months or ten years from now. They're simply timeless.
Fabrications comes in two varieties- Canvas and Linen. I'll start of with the bright, bold colors of the Canvas collection, which includes among its prints a fabulous purple damask that fellow scrapper May Flaum instantly loved.
Not only do these papers have rich colors and patterns, but they also have an amazing linen texture that you really have to feel. It's so close to fabric that you won't believe it!
There are matching brads, buttons, and bits of bling for each collection, too.
The Linen collection is a bit more reserved, but no less gorgeous. Here the colors tend toward conservative reds greens, and browns, all printed on the same fantastic paper as the Canvas line.
I finally managed to tear myself away from Fabrications to take a look around the rest of Teresa's booth, and I immediately found my way over to the happy, punchy Spring Fling collection.
I keep wanting to say that this is a pink and green line, but that description simply doesn't do it justice. The colors are more of an orangey-pinky-red and sea-ish green, though I'm sure Teresa has much more eloquent names for them. I'll just have to settle for calling them "lovely" and "beautiful."
This butterfly print makes me all kinds of happy!
Everyday Moments reflects what looks to be an up-and-coming color trend in the scrapbooking world- yellow and blue. Last season everything was yellow and gray, and now I'm seeing more and more of this new mix.
This line once again shows Teresa's classic style with its elegant (I know, I know, I keep using that word, but it fits!) patterns.
Speaking of gray and yellow, Carolina Breeze, a mid-season release that was shipping pre-show, was on display, as well. I'm still madly in love with this color combination!
Teresa had some samples of her other new endeavors on display, as well, including her new signature branded Xyron X sticker maker and copies of her issue of the new Northridge (publishers of Scrapbook Trends) Signature Series publication.
