Today I've got a double dose of CHA Winter 2013 coverage to share with you! This morning we'll kick things off with a look at new releases by The Crafter's Workshop, and later this evening I'll be back with another booth tour!
Julie Fei-Fan Balzer just happened to be hosting a make-and-take demonstration in the booth when I stopped by to check out all of the new stencils that The Crafter's Workshop debuted at the show, so let's start off this little tour with a look at the new stencils in her signature line!
I'm loving the triangle stencil in the photo above!
And the photo below shows another cool take on the triangle trend.
Julie is an avid Project Life-er, and a few of her stencils were geared toward scrapping the everyday with useful elements such as numbers and months.
The Crafter's Workshop also has several of their own in-house designs (and a few mixed in these photos from another signature designer that we'll look at in just a little bit), including one a few photos down that's a fun take on the confetti/bokeh trend that's currently making its way through the industry.
Ronda Palazzari also designed a set of signature stencils for The Crafter's Workshop this season, and there are so many that I must have! The subway map, pie chart, cameras, quatrefoil, and hexagons definitely suit my style!
New to The Crafter's Workshop lineup this year is a selection of thin metal dies that are compatible with just about any manual die cutting machine on the market. There's a definite Project Life influence here, as well, since most of the dies are sized at either 3x4 or 4x6, with just a few smaller phrase dies that are perfect for cards.
You can find the current range of stencils from The Crafter's Workshop here on Scrapbook.com. New items should be shipping soon!
